Versatility, curiosity, ingenuity and proficiency exemplify Ruel's guitar playing. Since the inception of formal training at age 4, music has run through his veins. His training spans a spectrum of genres including a Bachelor’s of Music from UBC with a discipline in classical guitar. 

 

A chameleon in style with a vast catalogue, Ruel has curated acts including 7 string fingerstyle guitar/looping, 8 string guitar/drum sample looping, classical, spanish and jazz guitar.
