Dr. Strangelove is a highly entertaining, multi-faceted, six-piece dance band with five talented lead vocalists, who can cover everything from Frank Sinatra to Lady Gaga, and from AC/DC to Shania Twain. ​T​he band is known for their musical talent, ​impressive songlist amazing harmonies and fun dance moves​- plus they will always make you feel like you are part of the show​!

In ​t​he early 90's, Dr. Strangelove performed four nights a week at the popular Vancouver hot spot, The Roxy Cabaret as the club’s house band for fourteen years​. ​Add another 10+ years performing at thousands of weddings, corporate events, large scale conferences and charity galas. The band has the ​experience and the distinct ability to rock any house, big or small. 

 

Along with a song-list that boasts hundreds of hit songs spanning the decades, the band also offers high-energy and exciting theme based shows such as, “Extreme ​Live Karaoke Band”, “All 80’s All Night”, "Strangelove Does ABBA" and “Rockin’ Night in Canada”, ​a concert production that features celebrity Canadian and American vocalists​, with radio hits from the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s. 

As Dr Strangelove moves into the future, this band of best friends will continue to light up many more stages in their hometown of Vancouver, and beyond as the country’s musical ambassadors.
